The Chair helps guide our committee meetings, making sure everyone feels included and that every voice is heard. They support the team by ensuring members understand the constitution as well as their roles and responsibilities. If a vote is ever tied, the Chair also has the final casting vote.
The Secretary helps keep everyone connected by making sure communication between the school and the PTA runs smoothly. They also look after our records and keep everything organised.
The Treasurer looks after the PTA’s money, making sure everything is recorded properly and handled safely. They keep the committee up to date with regular reports, prepare the end-of-year accounts for the AGM, and, as our PTFA is a registered charity, they also organise the annual return for the Charity Commission
